"Just moved into a new house and late Saturday, I closed the extra bath door when I walked out and later, could not get it back open. It is keyless and locked from the inside. We had never shut it before. There is a small slit on the exterior handle that you can twist with a screwdriver that is suppose to unlock it, but to no avail. Sunday morning around 7:30 I found Brad on line and text him about the situation and told him it didn't have to be done that day. He insisted on repairing it Sunday anyway. He gave me an ETA and came out and had it opened by 11:00. Very personable, professional gentleman with very reasonable pricing. I HIGHLY recommend his services!"
